Our hours of operations are 9:00AM to 4:30PM (PST) Monday through Friday.  We are available for emergencies on a 24/7 basis.  An emergency occurs when you are unable to receive telephone calls.  If you have an emergency, simply dial our regular business number.  When our Automated Attendant answers, leave us an emergency message (including your area code and telephone number) and the system will page our on-call technical support technician.  Our after hours support and service rates are double our normal rates.
