We match the various manufacturers' return policies.  Returns are often costly.  Take care not to order products you do not need.

WIN Communications charges a 20% restocking fee for unused equipment returned in the original cartons within 30 days of shipment.  Restocking charges from other manufacturers vary with the particular equipment.

How the return process works

If you have equipment you desire to return, contact us at service@nbts.com or (562)594-0760.  Provide us with:

  • The date you received the equipment.
  • Our invoice number.
  • The part number of the equipment you are returning.
  • The quantity of the equipment you wish to return.

We will contact you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and provide shipping instructions.  You should ship the equipment in the same condition and packed as you received it.  This includes placing printed circuit cards in the static bags in which they were originally packed.  

Once the factory receives the equipment, tests it and verifies it is in new condition, they will approve the return and we will issue you a credit towards future purchases.  The amount of the credit will be for the price you were invoiced for the equipment less the applicable restocking charge.
