Continuing warranty agreements limit your financial exposure to equipment failure.  By eliminating unnecessary repair visits, your repair costs are substantially reduced.  Although we offer an "advance replacement" program to replace broken equipment while it is being repaired or replaced, a faster and less expensive method is to purchase a few spares with the system.  This means you can plug in a spare telephone as soon as one breaks without having to wait for a technician or for the broken telephone to be repaired. 

After Sale Service

After purchasing a telephone system for thousands (or tens of thousands) of dollars, your largest financial exposure is the equipment.  Some of the individual parts cost several thousand dollars.  We provide both initial and extended warranties to limit your equipment risk.

Either by direct charge or by loading their equipment prices, all telephone vendors charge for repair visits.  Your service contractor (or us) will charge you separately for labor -- much of which may be unnecessary.

The vast majority of repair calls result from telephone instrument failures.  Assume that for whatever reason, a telephone does not work.  The question is, is it the telephone or the wiring or the system?  By simply plugging in a known good working telephone, you have the answer.  If the good telephone works (as is often the case), you simply ship it to us and we repair or replace it.  If the known good telephone does not work, then you need a technician.  Call or email us and we will schedule a repair visit (or contact the service contractor directly -- it costs less).  

Whether you deal with us for repairs or directly with the service contractor, this simple process eliminates service calls and minimizes your costs.
